Jack Riggs makes Topless Outlaw start at North Georgia Speedway
Switching things up for the weekend, Jack Riggs followed the Topless Outlaw Dirt Racing Series to North Georgia Speedway (Chatsworth, Ga.) on Saturday afternoon for the Battle of the Borders.
Dealing with mechanical issues throughout the evening, Jack did not start the $3,000-to-win main event.
