Jack Riggs joins Topless Outlaws at Duck River Raceway Park
Making another Topless Outlaw start, Jack Riggs was one of 26 Late Models signed in at Duck River Raceway Park (Shelbyville, Tenn.) on Saturday afternoon.
Transferring to the main event by winning his B-Main, Riggs started 17th in the 40-lap main event and made up two spots to finish 15th.
