Overton caps LOLMDS campaign with top-10 in DTWC
The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) wrapped up its 2025 campaign over the weekend at Eldora Speedway, where Brandon Overton and the Riggs Motorsports Longhorn Factory Team competed in the 45th annual Dirt Track World Championship.
Among a stout field of 59 entries, Overton secured his spot in Saturday’s $100,000-to-win finale with a third-place heat race finish on Friday.
Lining up from the seventh row in the 100-lap main event, Overton advanced to record a 10th-place finish, capping a consistent weekend at the half-mile oval.
With Saturday's result, Overton finished seventh in the final LOLMDS standings.
