Brandon Overton grabs LOLMDS top-10's at Atomic and Brownstown

Action with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) resumed for Brandon Overton and the Riggs Motorsports Longhorn Factory Team over the weekend with Friday’s Buckeye Spring 50 at Atomic Speedway (Alma, Ohio).

Racing into the opener with a second-place finish in his heat, Brandon lost one spot in the 50-lap affair to finish seventh.

For the 28th annual Indiana Icebreaker on Saturday evening at Brownstown (IN) Speedway, Overton advanced into the $25,000-to-win weekend finale with a fourth-to-second showing in his heat race. Staying consistent throughout the 50-lap feature, Brandon rolled to an eighth-place outing.

Overton is currently fourth in the latest LOLMDS point standings.
