Brandon Overton
11th-place finish in Jackson 100 at Brownstown Speedway
A doubleheader in the Hoosier State brought Brandon Overton and the Longhorn Factory Team to Brownstown Speedway over the weekend for Friday’s C.J. Rayburn Memorial.
Against a stacked field of 47 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series entries, Overton secured the final transfer spot in his heat race before gaining two positions in the feature to finish 13th in the opener.
Returning Saturday for the 47th annual Jackson 100, Overton locked into the $50,000-to-win main event with a runner-up finish in his heat. He went on to finish 11th in the 100-lap finale.
